Our Policy on shipping is that the "address" customer provides must be correct or the product/item will be returned back to us (PNC VIBES) until we are contacted via email by the customer and then provided with the correct address.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return policy section. What to do in case customer changes their mind about their purchase, or if they’re dissatisfied with a product. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy to build trust and reassure customers that they can buy with confidence.

Our return & exchange policy is that we do not accept any returns & we do not approve any refunds, unless there is an issue with shipping/handling in a case were the product/item cannot be delivered.
